RETURNS AND REFUNDS

925 Gifts wants you to be 100% happy with your purchases and that is why we have put a lot of time and effort into sourcing our silver jewellery and making sure only the best items get through, we also believe that the only way we can prove it is by our returns policy.

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive the item to return it if you are not happy with it for any reason or you change your mind.*

  • We guarantee the item will be free from manufacturer defects for 1 year from the date of purchase

  • Any purchase you make online is covered by the distance selling regulations that gives you a 7 day cooling off period to change your mind.*

To return an item to us please repackage it securely and send using recorded (signed For) delivery it to:

If you do not use a recorded service we will not be held liable for items lost in the post.

Please include your original invoice with the package as if it is not included we will not know where the parcel is from or who to refund.

Refunds can only be made via the same way you paid for an item.

*Due to health and safety reasons any earrings or body jewellery cannot be included in any change of mind guarantee. So please make sure you are happy with the item before you purchase it.
