Why should I buy Sterling Silver?
The beauty of sterling silver is that it is priced within everybody's budget. Can you be allergic to Sterling Silver?
Yes. As with any product which touches your skin, you are recommended to make sure you do not have an allergic reaction. Please take medical advice if in any doubt. A lot of the time these reactions are to what the silver is coated with, for example you will see across our site we will have information included on the plating, there are various types of plating available.


 
What is 925 sterling silver?

Silver is a soft metal, which means other stronger metals must be added to give the silver strength. Most silver jewellery comprises 92.5 percent silver and 7.5 percent copper. The addition of the copper strengthens the silver and results in a precious metal that is perfect for fashionable and durable jewellery. All our jewellery is 92.5 Sterling Silver.



What is Cubic Zirconia (CZ)?
Also known as CZ or CZ diamonds, Cubic Zirconia is a more affordable alternative to genuine diamonds. It is the most prominent choice among all fake diamonds. They can come in a range of colours and are an excellent and affordable alternative to other precious gemstones.



Is my card safe when I pay?
Yes. We use Paypal they are a specialist company providing a secure, reliable payment service in the UK. Any sensitive information is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
By using this method of payment our customers can relax, knowing that they can shop in confidence, because the very latest in internet credit card security is in place. You can tell if the page you enter your card details is secure because there will normally be a small padlock symbol in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window.
Your card details will be approved or declined on the spot, so you will not be left wondering whether your order has been accepted. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm how much your card has been debited.



Can you supply your chains in different lengths?
Yes, many chains (say for the pendants) can be obtained in different lengths to those shown. However, it may take 4-6 weeks. If you would like a chain length which is different to those shown, please email us with any specific requests and we will be glad to see if we can meet your needs. sales@925gifts.com



I've seen a design that I really like - but I want it in a different colour or size - can you get it for me?

Do you send out your jewellery in presentation boxes?
All our jewellery will come in a velvet pouch, however we also supply luxury gift boxes, see each product page for details. All our items are sent through the post in suitable padded envelopes.



How do I remove or change the number of products in my shopping basket?
To remove items from your shopping basket, simply click the remove item link on each product on the checkout page checkout.



How do I know if an item is out of stock?
When an item is out of stock you will be unable to add it to your basket.



What do your prices include?
Prices are in UK pounds sterling and include V.A.T. at 20%.



How do I know I'm getting the best possible price?
We strive to source from our suppliers the best quality jewellery at the best value available. Because we have lower overheads being an Internet company, we can offer our product’s at highly reduced prices. Just have a look at our prices. We do everything we can to make sure our jewellery is as good if not better than most high street retailers



What payment options do you have?
We provide two methods of payment.
1. Credit card - using paypal this is our preferred method of payment as it is fast and means we can get the items to you quickly.
2. Cheques - please ring customer service on 08448 707 925 to reserve the items you want until your cheque arrives and is cleared for payment. You will then be sent the goods.



Can you display the prices in my currency?
The prices on the website are displayed in £GBP - Great British Pounds Sterling. However you can click the currency link at the top right of the webpage and choose $USD – United States Dollar or €EUR - Euro.
Let us do the hard work for you, just select the currency you want to use and it will display the prices for you.



What are your delivery costs?
For all UK orders our current delivery charge is £1.95. However all orders over £20.00 receive free delivery



Where can you deliver to?
We can deliver to anywhere within the United Kingdom and the EU, other destinations at request.



Can my order be sent to somebody else at another address, as a gift for example?
Yes. The invoice will however always be sent to the cardholder at their address.



When will my order arrive?
We always despatch items within 24 Hours via royal mail 1st class recorded, and as such your items should arrive within 3 working days more details on delivery times are on the delivery page.



I'm not comfortable entering my credit card details over the internet. What can I do?
If you do not wish to enter your credit cards on our website, you can call us and place your order over the telephone and then pay by cheque. Please ring customer services on

What if I don't like my jewellery when it arrives?
Our returns policy enables you to return any jewellery within 14 days of receiving it.

Can you send me a catalogue?
Sorry at this moment in time we do not supply catalogues



How should I clean my jewellery?
It's advisable to keep your jewellery wrapped in tissue paper or similar to prevent items scratching other items and to prevent to having to unravel the chains every time you want to wear a necklace! Silver jewellery should be cleaned with a soft cloth - preferable a silver cleaning cloth that removes the tarnish that occurs when silver is exposed to light. Can you let me know when you get new products?
Yes, we'd love to keep you informed about new products, promotions and competitions.

What do I do if I have a complaint?
